One of the great things about learning a craft on holiday is that it allows you to engage in a creative and productive activity while taking a break from your routine. It can be a refreshing change of pace that stimulates your mind and helps you relax.

Craft Courses

• learn how to hand dye animal fibres (sheep wool, other animal wool, silk etc) and plant-based fibres (cotton, hemp, linen etc) with natural dyes. We have one day and two-day craft courses and also some half-day 'taster' workshops.
• candle making workshops. Half-day workshop for beginners learning how to make beautiful candles at home. 

Pembrokeshire

We are based in the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire, west Wales in the post code area SA37, about 9 miles from the coastal towns of Newport and Cardigan. Pembrokeshire is famous for its sandy beaches, rugged coastlines and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Natural Dye Studio

FelinFach Dye Studio is based in a 200-year-old former flour mill in the Preseli area of Pembrokeshire. Our craft courses and workshops can accommodate up to 4 students with individual workstations. We hold our natural dyeing courses from February to November each year in a professional, purpose designed dye studio environment.
