Welsh Yarn - Natural Yarn Dyes
Our Welsh yarn comes from farms in Wales and is then washed, carded and spun at a third generation family owned Welsh mill. We hand dye this yarn in our FelinFach Dye Studio in Pembrokeshire using natural dyes.
Our Welsh yarn sometimes includes wool from non-Wales native animals such as Alpaca. However, all these animals live on farms in Wales and their wool is spun into "Welsh Yarn".
Wool from Wales - Farm to Yarn
We aim to support the supply chain from the sheep farmer's wool in Wales to finished yarn spun in a Welsh mill. A complete Welsh product, 100% wool from Wales with provenance from farm to yarn.
Hand Dyed Welsh Yarn
Our hand dyed Welsh yarn is dyed in small batches in Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK. All dyed yarn is hand dyed with natural dyes, there are no exceptions! Undyed yarn is also available for you to dye yourself.
