Welsh Tapestry Blanket - Hiraeth

Named Hiraeth (hiraeth translation), this tapestry blanket is a piece of Welsh weaving history. Woven on traditional looms at Melin Teifi, Ceredigion (now closed following the retirement of the Chief Weaver) they are the last of their kind. Sadly, only very limited numbers available - a collectors piece!

The pattern is a Black and White Block Pattern. There is a Border at one end (the shorter side) of the tapestry in shades of red with the exception of the Cot and Throws sizes where the Border is on the longer side of the tapestry.

Each blanket will have a unique number. Demand for these blankets will be very high and they will be on a first come, first served basis.
