Returns and Refunds

We love the products we design and firmly believe in their quality. We really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else in the collection or give you your money back. 

SECTION 1 - "COOLING OFF" PERIOD
You may cancel a contract to purchase a product or products at any time within 14 days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below). 
You will not have any such right insofar as a contract relates to: (i) the supply of Bespoke Goods made to your specifications, made to measure or clearly personalised, (ii), Gift Vouchers.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us in writing (for example, by email) and return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.  Products returned by you in accordance with this Section will be refunded in full (including the cost of us sending the products to you).  However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us. When you post the goods, we require that you use a 'tracked and signed for' postage service for your peace of mind as proof of postage is not proof of receipt by FelinFach. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items, bespoke or personalised items cannot be refunded. 
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example where an item is not in its original condition, damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or when any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
When you ship an item back to FelinFach, you should use a 'tracked and signed for' postage service for your peace of mind as proof of postage is not proof of receipt by FelinFach. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You may cancel a contract to purchase a product or products at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below). 
You will not have any such right insofar as a contract relates to: (i) the supply of products the price of which is dependent upon fluctuations in financial markets which we cannot control; (ii)  the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, that is Bespoke Goods, (111), Gift Vouchers.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us in writing (for example, by email) and return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.  Products returned by you in accordance with this Section will be refunded in full (including the cost of us sending the products to you).  However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return to the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so.  Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
