The courses are held in the rural SA37 postcode area of Pembrokeshire - nearest villages are Boncath and Crymych and the coastal towns of Newport and Cardigan in West Wales.

Not really. Nearest railway station is some 20 miles away and a taxi would be necessary for the last 20 miles.
There is plenty of free car parking on-site, usually one car per student.
We offer a range of courses from half-day to 1 and 2-day courses.
No. All yarn and other fibres on this website and courses are dyed ONLY with natural dye.
The tutor is Karen Morgan who has over 15 years' experience with natural dyes. All the hand dyed yarn on this website has been dyed by Karen.

The courses are designed for complete beginners and also for those with a little or maybe 'lapsed' experience in natural dye. As there is a maximum of four students to one Tutor on this workshop, tutoring can be tailored to each student to ensure that you get the best out of each workshop.
There are a maximum of 4 students on each course unless there is a pre-booked group booking.
Only a pack lunch as there are no nearby shops. All materials are provided - the courses include all the necessary materials, including yarn, cellulose fibres and equipment.

Full payment guarantees your place on a course and is 10% less than paying by a deposit.
To secure a course place, you can pay a 25% deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before a course. The deposit is refundable if the course is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to the course date.
You can pay online with a credit or debit card, with PayPal or with FelinFach gift vouchers.
You can also pay a deposit for each course.
If you cancel your booking:
We do not cancel workshops for any reason except entirely unavoidable events such as if the Workshop Tutor is physically unable to teach the workshop through sickness or injury or extreme weather conditions.
Should we have to cancel a workshop, students will be offered an alternative workshop date or a full refund.
If a workshop is cancelled by us, we regret that we will not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other related expenses.
You will take away from the workshop a number of skeins of yarn or cellulose fibres that you have personally dyed. You will also have your Dye Journal Notebook and a file of information covering what you have learnt during the day.
