Shipping Policies and General Information - Shipping and International

'STANDARD' UK Shipping

FREE shipping for orders of £100 or over

  • Our main courier is Parcelforce, and we use the Express48 service. Where appropriate, we also use DPD in the UK.
  • Typical timescales from order date to delivery date are 5 to 7 business days, including our order processing.
  • All parcels are 'signed for' and trackable and insured for a maximum of £150. For parcels over £150, top up insurance is available at a nominal amount.
  • All shipping options are displayed BEFORE the final Checkout Page.

USA Shipping Update - NOW Shipping to USA

All our orders to the USA will now ship inclusive of all tariffs, known as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Customs duties of 10% will be included within Shipping Charges, so USA based customers will see the total costs in the Checkout before purchase - there will be no surprise courier or customs changes payable in the USA when our parcels arrive.

From September 2025, the USA Government imposed a 10% tariff on all goods shipped from the UK to the USA. We have now made arrangements with our international courier (Royal Mail) to include these tariffs in our shipping charges. As a result, no further charges, or duties should be payable by USA customers on receipt of our parcels in the USA - further information on USA shipping.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are displayed BEFORE the Checkout.
  • All parcels are 'signed for' and trackable and insured for a minimum of £100.
  • For parcels over £100, top up insurance is available at a nominal amount.
  • Local country customs may impose taxes, fees, or other charges. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities at importation and will be required to pay any additional local country charges.
  • If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs duties and the parcel is returned back to FelinFach, a shipping and handling fee plus any fees charged to us by Customs on the return of the parcel, will be deducted from your refund.

International Customs Duties

Products - such as our FelinFach products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there may be a charge called Customs Duty. This is charged by the local country customs authority (USA excepted, see above) where the goods are being imported into.

Customs Duties are Subject to Change

If Customs Duty is payable to any country, you'll be responsible for paying it to the local authorities and NOT to FelinFach. Whether Customs Duty is payable or not, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. However, if you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually based on the value of goods and type of goods being imported.

If I Refuse to Pay any Customs Duties?

If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs duties and the parcel is returned back to FelinFach, a shipping and handling fee plus any fees charged to us by Customs on the return of the parcel, will be deducted from your refund.

Your Local Customs Office

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!

Typical Delivery Timescales

Typical timescales from order date to delivery date are as follows.

  • UK - 5 working days
  • Europe - 7 working days
  • North America - 12 working days
  • Oceania - 15 working days

These typical timescales include our order processing, packaging and posting. If the courier Parcelforce, performs to its agreed terms and conditions with FelinFach, you should receive your parcel within the above timescales. These timescales are not guaranteed but are the likely and aimed for outcome.

Refused Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping addresses are correct. We will not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. In the case where a shipment is returned to us, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less shipping charges and any return shipping or customs charges incurred. In the case of refused delivery on an order, the customer is entitled to a refund for cost of goods less our cost of shipping to the customer and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.
