The Campaign for Wool launches Wool month in the UK celebrating all things wool. The event is from 1st to 30th October 2023.

FelinFach has been an official supporter of the worldwide Campaign for Wool for many years and is listed on the Campaign's official supporter's web page. 

 

Campaign for Wool

The Campaign for Wool is a multi-national, cross-industry coalition working together to raise the profile of wool as the natural sustainable fibre for fashion and interiors.

The Campaign aims to promote wool generally and focuses on the sustainable attributes of wool as a natural fibre that meets an international environmental agenda. The Campaign's mission aims to raise awareness of the unique benefits offered by wool - natural, renewable, and biodegradable. 

Wool - At the Heart of our Business

Wool is at the heart of our business, whether it's our Welsh blankets, tapestry blankets and throws to our Yarn Shop with hand dyed yarn and notions for knitters, crafters and makers.

All our blankets and throws are 100% wool and are ALL hand woven in Welsh mills. We also hold craft courses and workshops where you can learn how to hand dye yarn (and other natural fibres such as linen and bamboo) with natural dyes only.
