There is NO Contract. You can amend, pause or cancel your subscription at any time with your own dedicated customer portal

Currently, you can opt to receive a subscription product monthly, or once every three months. There are also PrePay options.

Your first delivery will be shipped straight after purchase. Your subsequent deliveries will be shipped on or around the 15th of the following months.

You can choose to receive candles, diffusers, tealights and wax melts with seasonal scents chosen by us. Your candle, diffuser or wax melts are made with the same premium grade natural soy wax and natural fragrance oils as are used on all our products.

You can choose to order.

• One (1) 190g Candle with a curated seasonal fragrance and a burn time of 45 hours delivered each month.
• One (1) pack of 12 Wax Melts with a curated seasonal fragrance.
• One (1) pack of 12 unscented Tealights.
• One (1) Combo pack of 12 Wax Melts with a curated seasonal fragrance and 12 unscented tealights.
• One (1) 100ml Reed Diffuser.

Pay in advance for 3 monthly deliveries and get 15% off the retail price of the products. You can amend, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Your first delivery will be shipped straight after purchase. Your second and third deliveries will be shipped on or around the 15th of the following months.

When you subscribe to a product, your own Customer Portal is created containing all the subscription information which they can manage at any time.

In the customer portal, subscriptions are organized and managed according to the delivery frequency and the subscription purchase date.

There are 2 ways you can access your customer portal: 

1. Direct link via email: As soon as you subscribe to a product, you will receive a subscription confirmation email notification, including a link to your customer portal.

2. Shopify account page: You can also access your customer portal from your account in this FelinFach online shop.

These are the actions you can take;

• View your subscription details, including products, prices, delivery frequency, etc. 
• View the next shipment & charge date
• Skip an upcoming order
• Change their delivery frequency
• Add a product to your subscription
• Remove a product from your subscription
• Swap a product with a different product
• Apply a coupon code
• Update their shipping address
• Update their payment information
• Cancel their subscription
