USA Shipping Update - NOW Shipping to USA
All our orders to the USA will now ship inclusive of all tariffs, known as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Customs duties of 10% will be included within Shipping Charges, so USA based customers will see the total costs in the Checkout before purchase - there will be no surprise courier or customs changes payable in the USA when our parcels arrive.
From September 2025, the USA Government imposed a 10% tariff on all goods shipped from the UK to the USA. We have now made arrangements with our international courier (Royal Mail) to include these tariffs in our shipping charges. As a result, no further charges, or duties should be payable by USA customers on receipt of our parcels in the USA.
After you have added a product to the Basket/Cart, you will see the Shipping options.
- Shipping Charges are shown in the Checkout PRIOR to purchasing any products.
- 10% Import Tariffs are now INCLUDED in the Shipping Charges.
- Royal Mail pay the USA Government the Import Tariffs collected in the Shipping Charges.
- This process has been agreed between the USA Customs and Royal Mail.
As a result, no further charges, or duties should be payable by USA customers on receipt of our parcels in the USA.
