Discover our range of home poured candles, handmade in our purpose designed FelinFach Chandlery Studio in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Made in small batches, our home fragrance products include individually hand poured candles, reed diffusers, hand and body lotions, wax melts and tealights. Hand poured candles are made with manual processes and are not factory made, or mass produced. Hand poured candles may be repeated but they can never be exactly the same, part of the beauty of a handmade product!!

We have a range of hand poured candles, including smaller candles in tins, the luxurious 3-wick candles and our FelinFach 'signature' style candles. Our well known and much-loved signature candles are made in matt white and grey glass jars with branded oak wood lids and are finished with a wood wick. Beautiful, artisan, hand poured candles and fragrances, handmade with personal care and attention.

The FelinFach Chandlery Studio

A Chandlery is an old-fashioned name for a "maker and seller of tallow, wax candles, and usually soap". We are a modern-day handmade candle chandler, hand pouring candles using traditional methods and skills.

What Does Hand Poured Candles Mean?

The making of hand poured candles in small batches is literally a manual handmade process involving personal care and attention. There is no machinery or mass production involved at any stage of the making. After we have melted the soy wax, the wax is poured by hand into our glass candle jars or tins. We place the candle wicks in the centre of the candles and wait for the wax to harden. As this is a manual process, hand poured candles can be repeated but can never be exactly the same, part of the beauty of a handmade, hand poured candle!

We choose ethically sourced candle wax that is vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate and paraben free. We combine the wax with our fragrance recipes and hand pour the melted wax into the candle glass jars or tins. Our candle wicks are either wood or ecofriendly cotton wicks. Once the wax has cooled, we prepare the safety labels and the presentation boxes, and each handmade candle is now complete.

Why Soy Wax?

All our Candles, Wax Melts and Tealights are made from Soy Wax or a Soy and Coconut wax blend – they do not contain any paraffin waxes.

We believe that soy wax candles provide the longest, safest, cleanest burn and also have excellent fragrance-holding qualities.

Over the years, we have steadily reduced the carbon impact of our hand poured candles and home fragrances.

We aim to make beautiful candles with luxury fragrances. We also aim to make these candles with the minimum impact on our environment. Our soy wax is a natural wax derived vegetable soybeans that environmentally friendly and 100% renewable.

We believe that over 99.9% of our products do not contain any plastic at all. As a matter of policy, we do not offer for sale plastic products.
