During 2018 FelinFach achieves a 99% Customer Review satisfaction rating of 4.98 Stars out of 5 Stars. Customer satisfaction with the services and products of all companies is fundamental to the commercial success of any business. For online selling companies, especially to those without any sort of 'bricks and mortar' presence, it can be difficult to demonstrate customer satisfaction. Customer Reviews are an important for online businesses where customers typically do not know the business owners and staff or see the products that they are buying.

Customer Review Highlights in 2018

All FelinFach's Customer Reviews are published at (Customer Reviews...). Higlights for us in 2018 include;

  • Hand Bound Note Books
    "I bought this for my oldest son’s girlfriend. All I can say is it’s enormously better than I hoped or imagined - from the beautiful packaging to the quality of the item (Karen even emailed to say she was remaking it because the spine wasn’t good enough). Buy with absolute confidence - this company is a gem."

  • Burton Wool Throw
    "I can’t believe how much I have fallen in love with my beautiful blanket. I take it everywhere with me now; I feel like Linus in the Peanuts comic strip! I am very grateful to have it. Thank you so much for making me so happy."

  • FelinFach and its Tir Glas Organic Blanket

    "FelinFach and its Tir Glas blankets defy in their exquisiteness and refinement any further description of uniqueness and excellence than is already so well offered in the explanatory letter accompanying the blankets. Instead, I will write here of my personal interaction with FelinFach, and of my reaction upon receiving the blankets. I am a Welshman in exile. Indulge here the writer in me, the poet. A writer needs three things in order to write – solitide, exile, and cunning. A poet needs these, and Muse-obsession. Away from Wales, these blankets from home both enfold and map my soul. The feeling is sublime. They are dark but open-hearted, concealing from those blinded by artificial light the true and natural light that only through the wounds of exile and longing enter and elucidate the heart, the mind, the soul.

    There is more than artistry here, more than design, more than anything purely aesthetic. Is it hiraeth? Is it artifice? Both, to be sure, but without the slightest contrivance. Here, in these these blankets from home there is blood that is mine, but that I have never known. At once, I am enspelled…enchanted…beguiled. For me, the poet, the indispensable psychological preconditions of passion, devotion, obsession, delirium, meet at that juncture of the collision of truth and magic. In the embrace of these blankets, Wales, the constant Muse; the blankets themselves, the interweavings that hold me to her breast."
